How do I care for my Sunday Laundry bikini

Sunday Laundry bikinis are made with the highest quality fabrics and delicate crochet details. To keep your Sunday laundry bikinis in tip top shape please follow our care instructions.

  • Hand-wash with a mild detergent in cold water only
  • Lay to dry in the shade
  • Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach
  • Do not leave rolled up wet or wring out
  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric
  • High amounts of chlorine can ruin your bikini, make sure to wash immediately after use
  • Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tanning can stain or damage your bikini

To extend the life of your Sunday Laundry bikini we recommend rinsing immediately after use. Sunday Laundry does not accept returns of washed or worn items.

What do I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

Please email samuel@sundaylaundry.uk your Name, Order #, a description of the issue and pictures if item is damaged so we can get you a replacement asap!

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on the service, your order can take as little as 1 business day and no longer than 9 business days. Please allow up to 1 - 2 business days for processing. Expedited shipments are not available for weekend delivery. Transit Time: Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.

What shipping options do we offer for UK domestic orders?

- Standard Shipping (2 - 9 business days) - £5

- Royal Mail 2 Day Shipping (Ships Next Business Day) - £10

When will my order ship?

Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 2 - 3 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend.

Due to high order volumes, shipping delays may occur.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is marked as delivered by the courier and you are unable to locate it, please wait up to 72 hours in case the package was prematurely marked but is awaiting delivery. If you're still unable to locate your package after that window has passed, please contact us at info@sundaylaundry.uk

What if my package is missing items?

If you're missing items or a shipment, contact us within 30 days.

Am I able to cancel my order?

We will try our best to accommodate order cancellations but cannot guarantee. Please note that the window to cancel is small, as we do our best to ship orders quickly.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from sundaylaundry.uk in new condition with tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not offer store credit at this time. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.

What if I lose the original packaging the order came in?

Not a problem! If tags and sanitary liners are attached, you can use the pre-paid shipping label to send your items back in any packaging.

How soon will I get my refund?

You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 10-15 business days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.
